NSTF "National Scholarship Trust Fund" ASSOCIATION
National Scholarship Trust Fund
The Print and Graphics Scholarship Foundation (PGSF), formerly the National Scholarship Trust Fund (NSTF), is a not-for-profit, private, industry-directed organization that dispenses undergraduate college scholarships and graduate fellowship assistance to talented men and women interested in graphic communications careers.
The mission of the PGSF is "To strengthen the print and graphics industry by providing scholarship assistance." Housed under the same roof as GATF, the Print and Graphics Scholarship Foundation (PGSF) has coordinated the printing industry's largest scholarship program since its inception in 1956. Individuals, companies, and associations provide scholarship funds to PGSF, which administers the scholarship and fellowship programs for the industry.
Operated by GATF, the National Scholarship Trust Fund (NSTF) awarded scholarships each year to hundreds of students in two- or four-year undergraduate graphic communications, print, industrial management, or education programs and select graduate programs in the United States. In over forty years NSTF had helped over 2,500 students. Many of today's industry leaders were proud recipients of NSTF awards.
NSTF also published the annual resume book of scholarship recipients in the interest of increasing their chances of receiving timely internships and job offers, and to educate recipients about the importance of networking with industry professionals.
