The Washington Hospital
The Washington Hospital is a voluntary, not-for-profit community hospital serving Washington and surrounding communities since 1897. The hospital's main campus is located in Washington with multiple outpatient visits throughout Washington and Greene counties. The hospital has a total of 239 beds, in addition to a 17-bed Transitional Care Unit and a 16-bassinet Nursery and an 8 bed residential hospice.. The Medical Staff includes more than 350 primary care and specialty physicians. We are dedicated to providing high quality healthcare services to residents of Washington County an surrounding service areas, and are committed to improving the health status of the community while preserving each patient's dignity as a unique individual. We foster a working environment which enables our employees to fulfill the mission of the hospital and to provide the highest quality patient care.
