- Bart - good stuff yesterday. I like it when someone cares enough to take action rather than just tell me what's wrong with our current way of doing business. You hit a nerve with Jeff - particularly if he's asking for pieces of your briefing for a client. We haven't traditionally had enough content to really tell the story of our service offerings. Your piece captures a lot of intellectual capital that I hope is repeatable in future work - I'd like to steal some of it myself. As for where we go next, I'll let you and Jeff take the lead - I'll be glad to support.
