As Founder, President, and CEO of PHASE 4 Learning Center, a 501 C-3 nonprofit, community-based organization, we are committed to at-risk individuals, addressing youth academic, social, and behavioral needs, while providing a high school education resulting in a diploma and process or plan for the future. Considered a model program of the National Dropout Prevention Center Network, with seven locations, I consult for the US Army and Department of Defense on education initiatives and addressing our country's educational crisis. Embracing online curriculum, is Congressman Tim Murphy at PHASE 4 Learning, and Barton James' working with Leonel Fernandez, President of the Dominican Republic."
